The Lovely Beverly

Here she is, my girlfriend Beverly. We've been together almost, not quite, a year now and it's been awesome so far. We live together in a small apartment here in Miramichi, New Brunswick (the middle of nowhere I like to call it). It looks like we might get a house together but we'll have to see how it all pans out.

I made this picture completely in flash, I like it though its a bit too "flash"y for me. I hate Flash for the way it looks, but like it cause it's fast.

Cloe!

I finished up the extra work I was doing on a side project for the studio. It was a title card and an entire episode of backgrounds. It was alot of fun to do since I don't get to do much actual drawing in the work I do now. Anyways more of this stuff can be found on the Cloe blog here: http://myadventureswithcloe.blogspot.com/

Enjoy yo self!

Behind the times

It's been hard at the moment to find time to update this blog (so goes the story anyways...). But atleast here's a older piece to me, from Mondo Media's Happy Tree Friends TV season. In particular this is from "Don't yank my chain" episode which is currently featured on their site. Watch it and see where this shot is used, it is pretty funny.

I hope it's ok to post these, so if I get called on it I'll have to remove it. We'll see...

Cheers,

The Fatkat Kat

For those who don't know me, I work at Fatkat Animation Studios in New Brunswick. I work as a Flash designer here and more recently as a supervisor of a design team. Fun times, I get to doodle to my heart's content so long as the work gets done. Here's another sketch I cleaned up in Flash and was posted on the Fatkat blog as well.

The first of many...

This was a doodle I did recently at work during a drawing jam. I've been struggling recently to start up drawing again but I find it difficult to do between work and home. Either way, I'm hoping to get back on the horse and try and use posting here as motivation to do so. We'll see how it pans out...

It begins!

Welcome to a place that will productivity waste your very valuable time.

In no part will you feel more satisfied, complete or at ease with yourself or surroundings by reading any entry in this blog. Do feel comfortable in the fact that your time on this planet will be utterly in vain by sifting through the nonsense carefully and diligently written with small bits of mundane artwork fashioned to it.

Now, with that all out of the way, please read on to your hearts content when I actually get around to posting more on this silly thing.
